Position Details:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve overall success. You won't just support the Store Manager; you'll co-lead the ensemble to orchestrate a symphony of success from the shop floor!
Drive a customer centric culture and meaningful store experience through leading by example.
Conduct the development of your team, harmonising with the business to hit the right notes in financial sales, profit, and productivity
Efficiently oversee store rostering and wage expenses, maintaining a sharp emphasis on commercial acumen
Manage stock (up to 15kg) in a fast-paced environment ensuring everything's in place for our customers.
Family Friendly rosters rotate fortnightly.

Role Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker.
Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports and generate efficient rosters in the absence of the Store Manager.
Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & a keen eye for visual merchandising.
