If you handle incoming calls easily, enjoy working with the public, have great attention to detail and are eager to learn and grow within Local Government, we want to hear from you!

While prior experience in customer service and office roles is desirable, it is not a mandatory prerequisite.

This is a great position to grow your skills and build your career in Local Government in a supportive and dynamic environment. Your duties will include being able to manage the Shire’s Official records and document control in accordance with the State Records Act and Councils record keeping plan. The position also involves front counter public contact, receiving of monies, maintain basic daily accounting records, and assist with general office duties as required.

The successful applicant will need to be confident in dealing with people and knowing their way around basic computer skills. Must have a C Class Drivers License.
