Position Details
We are a not-for-profit, community-based organisation seeking applications from experienced and passionate trainers for the delivery of the SEE (Skills for Education and Employment) and AMEP (Australian Migrant English Program). This role is ideal for professionals with a background in delivering training across Business and Community Services, with a strong focus on Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital Skills. You will work with diverse learners and contribute to life-changing educational outcomes.
Role Requirements

Experience delivering SEE and/or AMEP programs

Training areas: Language, Literacy, Numeracy, Digital Skills, Business, and Community Services

Capable of delivering Cert I, II, and III in Business and Community Services

Essential: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including TAELLN411 & TAEDES502) or willingness to obtain

Highly desirable: Willingness to obtain a Certificate in Community Services and/or Business (minimum Level II)

A recognised undergraduate degree (minimum 3 years duration)

Current knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2015

Ability to develop and implement individual learning and assessment strategies

Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills

Current Working with Children Check

National Police Clearance

Valid Driver’s License
