This position is a full-time position, approximately 76 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday.

 

This applicant will be an experienced Case Manager who must be open to travel between close neighbouring sites, have a competent to excellent level of IT skills and be able to collaborate and build constructive relationships with our participants and colleagues.
