The Esperance Community & Employment Expos is returning in 2025, offering bigger and better opportunities for career development and exploration. Itinerary For The Day

2:00 Expo to Conclude (based on guests remaining)

Upon Arrival

Upon your arrival at the Expo Venue, exhibitors and guests will receive a wrist band. Wrist bands must remain on and intact throughout the event (to assist with tracking venue capacity numbers) but can be removed once the event has concluded.

Exhibitors will be required to register their attendance by signing in at the front desk to receive their wrist band. 

Sausage Sizzle & Refreshment on the Day

A sausage sizzle will be provided on the day of the event for exhibition holders and guests. Tea and coffee facilities, including biscuits, bottled water and juice will also be available throughout the event.

Photos On The Day

Please be advised that photos will be taken on the day for post event promotional and reporting purposes.

If you prefer that your photo not be taken and used for the above purposes, please advise staff prior to them taking your photo.

Event Feedback Forms

Event feedback forms will be handed out throughout the day. It would be appreciated if you could please complete the form and return to the front registration desk or hand to a staff member. Completing the feedback form assists us with the planning and delivery of future events.
